The Sehat Circle
The Sehat Circle is a monthly virtual gathering designed to foster connection, self-reflection, and shared growth among individuals from all walks of life. Open to participants of all ages and life experiences, this unique communion provides a safe and inclusive space where community members can come together to share their stories, engage in journaling practices, and build meaningful relationships.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to encourage mindfulness and self-expression.
