San Diego · Online · Everywhere

An inclusive wellness community where you belong.

A nurturing space to breathe, move, and reflect, exactly as you are. Join a class, sit with us in circle, or bring Sehat to your organization.

Sehat

صِحَّة · صحت · सेहत

Sehat means health: of body, mind, and spirit, held together in community.

The word carries the same meaning in Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and Hindi. Whether you are looking for a gentle practice, a place to be heard, or wellness support for people who carry heavy work, you will find it here, grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care.

A human rights attorney and a mindfulness practitioner trained in psychology, they met through trauma- and diversity-informed teacher training in 2020 and have taught side by side ever since.
